Discuss My ProjectClarity before construction
We review the plans, scope, specifications, allowances, site conditions, and whether the home will be occupied during construction before confirming the contractor fee in your agreement.
Our commitment: Your applicable contractor fee is stated in writing, and owner-requested changes or other cost-changing work are explained and documented before additional work proceeds.
How it works
We develop the plans, specifications, site information, and exact work included in your project.
Selections that have not been finalized receive clear allowance amounts for budgeting.
Your approved scope and allowances become the basis of one flat construction price.
If an exception arises, its impact is explained and documented before added work proceeds.
Our contractor fee schedule
Percentages are applied to the approved construction cost. The final fee and scope are confirmed in your written construction agreement.
For qualifying custom homes built on property you own.
For additions such as primary suites, family rooms, kitchens, garages, and expanded living space.
For planned residential remodeling and renovation projects.
A $2,500–$3,500 minimum contractor fee applies depending on project scope and complexity.
At least 22% when structural complexity or working in an occupied home requires additional coordination, protection, scheduling, and project management.
